Ticket Policies

Refunds:
All sales are final and there are no refunds on ticket purchases, no exceptions.

Exchanges on Single Ticket Orders:
Prepaid tickets cannot be exchanged for another performance without speaking to a box office representative. Tickets can only be exchanged to another performance of the same show. Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Regular exchanges carry a service fee of $2 per ticket exchanged.

Exchanges on Subscriptions:
Because subscriptions are paid by punch-card, patrons may simply reschedule their reservation for another date. We ask you notify The E Project at least 24 hours in advance to release your reservation. Patrons exchanging one of their PAAL shows for a Mainstage performance will be charged a $6 upgrade fee, regardless of their subscription type. Patrons exchanging a Mainstage show for a PAAL performance may do so, but will not be refunded the difference in price.

In the case of severe weather:
A show may be canceled if it is deemed unsafe to travel due to severe weather. In that case, patrons with prepaid tickets will be allowed to exchange to a later date at no charge. If a performance is not canceled, tickets will not be refunded or exchanged for patrons who choose not to come. If the final performance of a run is canceled, patrons will be offered the opportunity to exchange for another show. Refunds will not be offered.

The E Project reserves the right to change its ticketing policies at any time without notice.
