Ticket Policies

Online sales for tickets close one hour prior to the start of each show, except for group ticket sales (10 or more tickets), which close 2 days prior to the start of each show. Tickets are sold at the door for each show until the show's scheduled start time.
Delivery Method:
Once tickets are purchased, you will receive an
email with a .pdf attachment that will contain your
tickets.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
All sales are final and there are no refunds on
ticket purchases, no exceptions.
Exchanges on Single Ticket Orders:
Prepaid tickets cannot be exchanged for another
performance without speaking to a box office
representative. Tickets can only be exchanged to
another performance of the same show. Exchanges must
be made at least 24 hours in advance. Regular
exchanges carry a service fee of $2 per ticket
exchanged.
Exchanges on Subscriptions:
Because subscriptions are paid by punch-card,
patrons may simply reschedule their reservation for
another date. We ask you notify The E Project at
least 24 hours in advance to release your
reservation. Patrons exchanging one of their
Performance Academy shows for a Main stage
performance will be charged a $6 upgrade fee,
regardless of their subscription type. Patrons
exchanging a Main stage show for a Performance
Academy performance may do so, but will not be
refunded the difference in price.
In the case of severe weather:
A show may be canceled if it is deemed unsafe to
travel due to severe weather. In that case, patrons
with prepaid tickets will be allowed to exchange to
a later date at no charge. If a performance is not
canceled, tickets will not be refunded or exchanged
for patrons who choose not to come. If the final
performance of a run is canceled, patrons will be
offered the opportunity to exchange for another
show. Refunds will not be offered.
The Edge Theatre Company reserves the right to change its ticketing policies at any time without notice.
